Located in JY Square Mall, just a few minutes away from Cebu Northwinds Hotel, Ding Qua Qua is one of our favorite all-you-can-eat buffet places in Cebu. I remember Mike (Baltisoto) telling us that it's his favorite restaurant. And, it's also one of the very few places that would make Ben (Chan) join us for dinner.
